stressors, build resilience, agility and provide evidence-based tools and strategies
to gain mastery over stress.

Techniques include: Mental rehearsals, visualisations, reframe your thinking,
detaching, re-channelling brain pathways, focused positivity training,
neuroplasticity exercises, re-calibrating emotional responses and Applied
Kinesiology testing.
