Watch this amazing film and hear a live panel of female scientists talk about their challenging and rewarding experiences on their voyage.
Fabian Dattner, an Australian CEO, leads an international group of 76 female scientists on an Antarctic voyage designed to transform them into the leaders they want to be. Her hope is that once these women are primed to lead in science, they will be able to make meaningful change in the world. Set again the planet’s last untouched wilderness, The Leadership unearths the profoundly troubling systemic obstacles to women’s advancement in science and beyond.
Join us after the film, as a panel of scientists discuss their voyage and careers with moderator Lee Constable. Lee is a science communicator, TV presenter and author who participated in the 2018 voyage.
