Passionate about driving dialogue, action and change, Rachell offers more than a decade of experience in the not-for-profit sector and several years combined experience within the Queensland Government.
A World Economic Forum Global Shaper and the first female Founding Curator in Australia—Rachell volunteers her spare time to lead a growing team of 20 young leaders within the Global Shapers Gold Coast hub to create impact in the areas of health, climate change and shaping the future of the city.
Trained by former US-Vice President Al Gore, Rachell is a Climate Reality Leader and is actively shaping sustainability practices and policy in the public service and her circle of influence, to work towards a better future for our people and our planet.
